How does pet health tracking work?

Pethls allows you to track all aspects of your pet's health in one place. You can record medical events, vaccinations, treatments, medications, and upload health documents. The app provides a comprehensive timeline of your pet's health history and sends reminders for upcoming vaccinations and medications.

Can I share my pet's information with family members?

Yes! Pethls supports family sharing, allowing multiple family members to access and manage your pet's health information. You can add family members directly in the app, and everyone will have access to the same pet profiles and health records.

What subscription plans are available?

Pethls offers a free tier with basic features and a Premium subscription with advanced capabilities:

• Free: Track up to 2 pets, basic health records, vaccination reminders
• Premium: Unlimited pets, advanced health analytics, document storage, family sharing, priority support

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings.

Is my pet's health data secure?

Absolutely. We take data security and privacy very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure AWS servers, and we never share your pet's information with third parties without your explicit consent. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I export my pet's medical records?

Yes! You can export your pet's complete medical history as a PDF document directly from the app. This is perfect for vet visits, travel, or keeping your own backup records.

How do I delete my account and data?
